After the sourcing strategy, RTL asked METRI for guidance in selecting an appropriate IT provider.

The services in scope, the desired quality, complexity, volumes, and service contents are placed in relation to each other to conduct a well-founded price and quality per service. One-time transition and transformation costs should also be added to achieve a good business case.
